Most riding lesson
programs teach horseback riding with the sole focus of producing excellent riders. At the
Riding School, we also focus on creating knowledgeable, all-around horse-people. Riders
are taught the basics of grooming, horse handling, health and nutritional care, in
addition to the fundamentals of hunt seat equitation. Our steady string of seasoned school
horses provides the ability to challenge riders of all ages and abilities.
Our traners strongly believe in the importance of building strong
foundations for amateur riders; in particular, we emphasizes the development of
responsible young adults through horse care and basic horsemanship. We are dedicated to
helping riders achieve their goals. Our trainers work together to ensure a consistent,
positive riding school experience.
In addition to riding lessons, the School offers summer riding
camps, a Horsemasters course, options to compete in local shows, and the availability of
leasing a horse on flexible terms to best suit the rider. To learn more about our lessons
or any other aspect of the riding program, call us at (303) 841-5007, or come by our
facility. Kent Hill Farm is located at 10272 Democrat Road, Parker, Colorado.
